It explains – as well as beautifully illustrates – how you can enjoy the holidays while continuing to be mindful of your healthy goals. The author, Katy Widrick, covers several staple eating tips everyone can benefit from, holiday party eating strategies to prevent overeating, and the infographic even includes numerous calorie-burning exercises you can do while blasting your favorite holiday tune.
