I say whohoo! Kicking the energy shot habit and lots of caffeine in general is one of the hardest things to do. So congratulate yourself on this success! I’ve given up calling things “diets”. Just doing that makes me want to eat everything not on it and then some! I now call it an “eating plan”. If the plan doesn’t work for me, it’s the plan”s fault! I just modify the plan, until I find something I can really live with that’s still healthy. If I find that if I just can’t seem to totally eliminate something for example, I just gradually cut back on it until I find a point I can live with. And I really try not to beat myself up because I can’t resist a splurge once in a while!
